Can you imagine having a BORN store open 24 hours a day? Here you can buy your BORN products every day of the year from the comfort of your computer, tablet or mobile.
But do you know how to do it? We tell you step by step:
HOW TO BUY?
Buying at the BORN online store is very easy!
You do not have to register, but if you want do it and we will keep you informed about Born (without frying mails).
Enter our store and select your product or products.
To see the article in more detail click on the photograph or the name of the product. Thus you will see all its characteristics, composition, flavors and formats available, ...
Then you only have to ...
- Select the product you want, choose the number of units and click the "Add to Cart" button.
- Add as many items as you want. When you want to confirm your purchase click on "My basket" and then on "Confirm".
- Summary: It is time for you to review your order.
If everything is correct, click "Next".
- Address: Specifies whether you want the order to be sent to your registration address or to a different one.
5.1. Order less than 25€ : You must add € 6 of shipping costs.
5.2. Order over 24€: In this case the transport is free.
- Payment: You can make payment in 2 ways:
6.1. Through your PayPal account.
6.2. With your credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD and VISA ELECTRON.
Once the payment is completed you will see the Order Confirmation and you will immediately receive the confirmation in your email.

PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS
The price of the products is in EUROS and includes the taxes of law according to the Spanish Legislation. The final purchase summary shows the final or total price of the same, indicating the amount corresponding to the price of the product determined and the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes according to the country chosen in the shipping data.
All orders confirmed in our online store are sent within a maximum period of 7 working days by one of our courier services. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an order confirmation e-mail.
In order to optimize delivery, you must indicate an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
You should note that at BORN we make shipments through our online store within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands (except Portugal). If you want to place an order from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you to inform you of the Price of the shipping costs.
The delivery agent will deliver the order during working hours. If delivery can not be made after two unsuccessful attempts, our delivery agent will notify you that it is impossible to make the delivery in the absence of the recipient and leave a note to go to the nearest office for removal in offices.
Please, detail all the necessary data for the delivery in your direction of shipment. Having the complete information allows us to deliver your order on time. The online shop BORN does not deliver in postal boxes.
The online shop BORN can not be held responsible for breach of the contract signed in case of exhaustion of stocks or unavailability of the product, force majeure, interruption of activity or total or partial strike, especially of services Postcards and means of transport or communications, floods or fire. In the event of a lack of stock of the product purchased by the customer, it will be informed in writing in such case. If for reasons of force majeure the order can not be delivered the total amount of the purchase will be refunded.
Do you live outside Spain? No problem! Send us an email to email@example.com and we will inform you of the cost of the shipping costs.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
If you need to return a defective product or the order is incorrect, we will carry the shipping costs as long as the product is not unsealed.

It is very important that you return the product (even if it is open) to be able to track the the lot and detect any quality problem.
You can always return a product under the right of legal withdrawal of 7 working days
The law recognizes to the customers of the European Union the right to desist their purchase during a period of seven working days from the day after the reception of the product.
When you want to return your order during this period, without BORN has made any mistake on your part, we will refund the amount with the exception of the shipping and return costs of € 12.
SECURITY IN PAYMENT
The purchases made and the data that are transmitted in them are encrypted SSL so the purchase process is secure. For greater security, BORN never has access to confidential information regarding means of payment. When not stored, the bank details of each user will be requested for each new order.
The products purchased in our store, holds the same guarantees that those that are bought in all our stores and points of sale.
